Author Notes: Finally! It's about time this skin was finished! This is my cross between the Windows XP and Vista styles. Made for WindowBlinds 6 and tested on Windows Vista. I'm not sure how it works on Windows XP or 7. Anyone who wants to fix it for either OS please ask permission before releasing and credit me for the original. Thanx
